Your product is made on demand, what does that mean?

Most traditional merch is mass-produced, leading to massive amounts of unsold waste. At MERX athletica, we’ve traded the "mass-market" model for a more sustainable one. By producing on demand, we only use the resources necessary to fulfill your order. You get a high-quality, hand-finished product, and we keep our environmental footprint small.





Where is my order made?

Every MERX athletica piece is hand-decorated or handcrafted in our Groningen atelier. We take pride in a hyper-local process, sourcing our components from nearby small businesses to ensure quality and community impact. Because we move away from mass production to focus on artisanal detail, please allow 7 to 9 business days for our studio team to meticulously craft and perfect your order before it ships.

How do I care for my product?

All clothing should be washed in-side-out, at 30 degrees using mild detergent, hang dry, and iron at low if necessary.

All soft goods can be spot cleaned.

All hard goods can be wiped clean, coffee cups are dishwasher safe.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order has been meticulously hand-decorated in our studio, we ship via PostNL.

  • Rate: A flat fee of €6,95 within the Netherlands.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, expect your package to arrive within 1-2 business days.
  • Total Timeline: Remember, the transit time is in addition to the 7-9 day production lead time. It will take a total of 9-11 days for you order to arrive.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your product you have up to 14 days upon receipt to return your order. All shipping costs are paid by the customer.
