Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MERX athletica! We aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details regarding our shipping process and our partnership with PostNL.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 7–9 business days as our products are made to order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use PostNL to ensure your package arrives safely.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to PostNL seasonal volumes or customs processing for international orders.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your PostNL tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on the PostNL tracking portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MERX athletica is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as PostNL may require photographic evidence.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us by PostNL as "undeliverable," a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost, or a re-shipping fee may apply.
